Why the checklist matters

Before you write the RFQ
Answer these four questions first:

Specification details to include
The more complete the specification, the more accurate the costing and the shorter the sample loop:

- Colours and quantities per colour — a single total quantity is less useful than a per-colour breakdown.
- Finishing — wash, shrink, print, embroidery or trim details.
- Packaging — packing instructions, labelling and any compliance documents required.
